The glass bottle filling line is a complex and sophisticated piece of equipment, particularly when it comes to high-speed filling lines, which truly put the design, manufacturing, and operational expertise to the test. These systems are not just about achieving top-tier production efficiency; they must also showcase exceptional engineering design and craftsmanship at every step.
Firstly, this filling line utilizes an advanced PLC and touch screen control panel for comprehensive control. This design not only enhances operational convenience but also ensures that every step of the filling process is precisely controlled. Whether dealing with easily volatile liquids, foamy liquids, highly corrosive substances that can affect rubber and plastic, or high-viscosity liquids and semi-liquids, the equipment guarantees stable operation and low noise through accurate measurement and a well-engineered structure. Additionally, operators can easily adjust the metering for each filling head through the touch screen control panel, allowing for highly customized filling processes.
During the bottle transfer process, the equipment employs a variable pitch screw conveyor system to ensure smooth transfer to the rinsing section. Nylon bottle holders grip the bottle necks and rotate them 180° along a slideway to position the necks upside down. In a designated area of the rinsing section, spray nozzles rinse the internal surfaces of the bottles with water. After rinsing and dripping, the bottles are rotated 180° again to return the necks to the upright position, and then transferred to the filling section via a star wheel. Here, the bottles are lifted by a bottle holder lifting device to make contact with the filling valves, opening the filling channels and ensuring a seamless filling operation.
For the capping process, the machine uses a vibration-type cap unscrambler. Through vibration, disordered caps are sorted and transferred to the cap chute in an orderly manner. The sorted caps are then conveyed to the designated position above the bottle-inlet star wheel. By adjusting the position, cap picking and cap sleeving begin before the bottles enter the capping section. The capping head then presses the cap down under the guidance of a cam slideway. Once the capping is completed, the capping head lifts, and the bottles are transferred to the conveyor by the bottle-outlet star wheel, moving on to the next process.
Through this design, we not only ensure the equipment's high efficiency under various operating conditions but also demonstrate our deep expertise and professional competence in the design and manufacturing of filling equipment. We are confident that this glass bottle filling production line will not only meet your high-efficiency production needs but will also provide unparalleled product quality and consistency.
