Introduction:
This Automatic bottle wrapping labeling machine PLC control system is suitable for labeling different kinds of regular or irregular containers, such as round bottles, square bottles and flat bottles, it can label double or single label with high speed and high precision. Built in microchip storing different job setting makes fast and easy changeover. This automatic labeling system is ideal for containers with diameter from 30mm – 100mm(above size could be customized made).

Working process
① Bottles move to separate bottle device, keep bottles in a certain distance and move in one line;
② When sensor check bottle, send signal to PLC, PLC received the signal deal with information first, then output signal to servo motor driver, driven by the drive motor for send label.
③ The brush label device past label on bottle one side first, then bottle rolling around in the roll label device, brush label on bottle body for around, labeling finish.
