How do I install labeling machine label paper normally?

1. When adding labels, make sure the labels are properly pressed. If the pressure is too high, the labels will slip when labeling, and at the same time the label hooks will be accelerated to a certain extent.

2. When adding labels, make sure the labels are aligned. The distance between the label and the guide fork should be kept at 0.1 to 0.2mm, and the clamping finger should press the label evenly to the edge. After the fingers are opened, the roller sponge must press the label onto the bottle, and then the vertical and horizontal positioning plates must be adjusted to ensure that the label does not skew.

What types of labeling machines are there?

Round bottle labeling machine: Generally used for labeling cylindrical bottles. There are two labeling methods, one is horizontal labeling, that is, the bottle lies flat on the conveyor belt to complete the labeling process, the other is vertical labeling. Just stand on the label. Semi-automatic round bottle labeling machines are generally horizontal labelers, while automatic round bottle labeling machines are available in both horizontal and vertical versions.

Flat labeling machine: i.e. a labeling machine for the surface of an object that, for example, only wants to stick a barcode or label a bottle cap. This is generally vertical, and there are also fewer horizontal labels.

Double-sided labeling machine: For example, the 250ml shampoo we often use is a flat bottle and has labels on both sides. This is the use of double-sided labelling.

The working process of the labeling machine begins with cartons being fed to the labeling machine on a conveyor belt at a constant speed. The mechanical fixation device separates the cartons by a fixed distance and pushes the cartons forward towards the conveyor belt. The mechanics of the labeling machine include a drive wheel, a labeling wheel and a reel. The drive wheel pulls the label tape intermittently in motion, the label tape is pulled off the roll and passes the labeling wheel at the same time. The labeling wheel presses the label tape onto the box. On the roll, a path control is used to maintain the tension of the label tape. Because the labels on the label tape are tightly connected, the label tape must be started and stopped constantly.

Shanghai Paixie Packaging Machinery Co., Ltd. has been focusing on the production and development of labeling machines for more than several years, and has always placed the needs of customers as the top priority.
