The new 2022 PX SmartFill 80 Integral Filling Line is rated for up to 60 fills per minute, depending on fill volume. Rotating "Intelli-Turret" star wheel for filling, inserting and capping stations. Starwheel size for 5-120ml glass, plastic containers. The double nozzle filling station is equipped with a precision double peristaltic pump or piston pump, servo driven, with an accuracy of +/- 0.5%. Insertion station includes closed cabinet with vibrating bowl feed for dropper caps 10-50 mm in diameter. Single spin chuck cover torque station for different sizes. It is driven by a magnetic torque motor, which can effectively avoid the leakage problem caused by too large or too small torque. If there is no bottle, it will not be filled, inserted or capped. The replacement of different molds makes it possible to pack 4-5 kinds of products.
