PAIXIE
The new 2022 PX SmartFill 80 all-in-one filling line is rated for up to 40-50 fills per minute. Rotary "Intelli-Turret" star wheel for linear filling, inserting and capping stations. Suitable for 100-1000ml juice containers. The 6-nozzle filling station is equipped with a precision piston pump, servo-driven, with an accuracy of +/- 0.5%. We use a bowl shaker to sort the caps, which precisely sorts and feeds the caps into the torque station. The way the gripper works makes it suitable for different sizes of lids. If there is no bottle, it will not be filled, inserted or capped. Product characters :
